Little Barn, Greendale Farm

Great location with a short walk to the town centre. Cottage was lovely and cosy.

Tucked away location, beautiful grounds and lake, sun trap courtyard. Friendly hosts with friendly and well behaved dogs. Good shower water pressure, comfortable bed, and all the equipment needed for a self catering holiday.

Everything, such a warm welcome, a lovely cottage. Beautiful view. Private outside space. Perfect

There was Nothing to dislike.

Lovely people. lovely place right on the doorstep to your leavy lane walks excellent location 20 mins leisurely stroll into Barnstaple along the river. Lovely walk (leavy lanes and roadside) to a really nice pub(dog friendly in next village. lots to do and see in the area. We returned for our second year.

Everything was so lovely very comfortable spotlessly clean and Angus the host was so helpful . One of the best things are the grounds which guests are very welcome to use they also have gorgeous very friendly dogs .

The only thing is the narrow lane to the property but it's fine you just have to take it slow .

Beautiful cottage in quiet location. Close to Barnstable with lovely walks along the river..Definitely recommend to anyone who wants a quiet relaxing break
