"One of the best experiences of my life"

The location, the people, the air and the walking distances from property to town/shops. It was easy to find the shops. You could go for a walk by the river. I saw a seal 100% 10 out of 10 experience.....YES!

How long I stayed and that I left.... wish to stay for ever

"Superb"

The location was perfect, river at the bottom of the garden, a pond to enjoy and a warm welcome from the hosts and their awesome dogs. The place itself was cozy, warm and felt homely.

Nothing comes to mind, I highly recommend this place

Beautiful setting, cosy and tranquil. Well located for walks and North Devon attractions. Friendly and helpful hosts.

Access road pretty narrow but you get used to it.

Everything was lovely and clean. The owners were really nice and friendly we especially liked the lake and the fact we could walk around the grounds.

"Perfect location to visit both Cornwall & Devon and relax after a long day at the beach."

Great location, beautifully kept, well equipped. clean, excellent facilities - closed courtyard for dog, a lake with fishing and paddle board, outside relaxing seating area all available to use and most important fabulous owners who are so kind and caring

Nothing, it ticked everything for us and I can’t highly recommend this property enough.
