Lavender House

Lovely and comfy, clean, handy location, very cosy pub within walking distance. I also loved the option to buy fresh eggs on site and the hens roaming freely. There is plenty of room for children to play so would consider coming back with our grandson. We didn't have chance to meet the hosts but they kept us well informed as to how to check in etc. I would certainly recommend ! Thank you : )

Nothing, everything was fab!

Perfect for our needs, lovely clean, smart and homely property with parking at the side. Clean and comfortable furniture throughout. well laid out and very comfortable beds and sofas. Well equipped Kitchen, lovely big TV, dinning table, fridge /freezer, tea and Coffee facilities. nice small enclosed garden with Astro turf outside a patio door to the kitchen. Absolutely idea for us with our small show dogs after a show.

The only problem we had was trying to connect our mobile phones to the internet.

Had everything that we needed for our stay at short notice. Great having a toilet downstairs. After 3 months travelling, I'm over stairs.

The mattress in the back room needs replacing. Very uncomfortable and saggy. Car noise.

The location was great , the property was clean and well maintained everything you needed . A short walk into a lovely town close to restaurants and takeaways. Near to Sherwood forest for walks .So thoughtful they provided toys age related for our grandson . A little gem , throughly recommended.

Everything was great , just a thought that a patio instead of artificial grass might be better for the cute little garden , making it usable on damp days .

Location was excellent for our wedding venue, only a 10 minute drive away. Didn’t really spend a great deal of time in the house but there was everything we needed. We did use our own towels, tea towels and cleaning products as we weren’t sure if they were included. We also didn’t put the heating on as it also wasn’t needed. Shower was great nice, hot and powerful. It was nice that we could just wonder around in our pj’s and grab a coffee which we could not have done in a hotel.

Didn’t understand about putting the bins in the gap, and as we only left a small amount in a black bag we left the bins where we found them, although they were quite full and a mixture of everything in both wasn’t quite sure what bin to put it in. Looking through the frying pans there was one that looked liked it hadn’t been cleaned so I put that back at the back of the cupboard where I found it. But all in all we had a nice relaxed stay and left the property as we found it.

Very well presented and clean , great communication and would love to use again in the future.
