Parking was super tight.

Great location, large living dining area. Nice to have a garden.

Quite hard to get our car, which was small, into the parking place as there is a power pole in the way. A large car would have to park on the road, (there was no room!) The property was quite tired and could do with a coat of paint, the carpet had stains all over it, the dining table could do with a sand down, wasn't up to the standard that I expected after reading the reviews on booking.com.

Booked as said there was a sofa bed, but was just a normal sofa.

Lovely detached house close to the town centre. Super secure garden for a dog, could be left unsupervised without worry. Owners are very personable and friendly. Posh coffee machine in the kitchen was a lovely touch. Excellent value for money too.

The living room carpet needs redoing and there should be a carpet spray/cleaner/stain remover available to guests in the kitchen. There are obvious stains on the carpet where other dogs have had accidents and they haven't been properly cleaned. Doesn't bother me personally as I went with my dog (although he's toilet trained it can encourage marking) but can imagine it wouldn't be the most pleasing for someone without one.
