The Holgate Hideaway with Hot Tub

Location was really good. Hot tub was very good.

There was only one bin liner. The green bin was next to the hot tub.

The property looked lovely from the pictures and was a great location 10 minutes from the centre

However when we arrived the floor and facilities were filthy with cobwebs on the floor and dust everywhere - we even found a knife in the garden and the windows wouldn’t open when it was the heatwave. We were really disappointed with the state of the place and despite the agent trying to bring back a cleaner this wasn’t possible and really tainted our trip. Good location but awful conditions so wouldn’t recommend

We loved the location very close to the wall and ammenaties

The place was dirty hair all over the floor toilet not clean and the hot tub filter kept blocking and we had to fix it ourselves dirty water in hot tub and dirty hot tub in general. Hidden fees for parking not clearly stated on booking staff didn't answer the phone for me to be able to discuss parking or call me back the day after I had to call them hours before we left home to sort parking out very stressful just before our holiday

Gorgeous property, hot tube was lovely, excellent location, will certainly be returning.
