Central property with free parking, 10 min walk to Bar Walls

Had everything we needed. Spotlessly clean and reasonable distance from city centre with good bus service

Outside seating area a bit uneven and small. Sofas not very comfortable but adequate

Good location for exploring York, about a 20 minute walk into the centre and very reasonably priced. Host was responsive to all communication and we had a great stay.

The bathroom and kitchen are a bit small for a house that sleeps 5, but as we spent most of the time in York city centre, that didn't matter to us too much.

Great quiet location on the outskirts of York but literally 10 minutes to the walls,,spotlessly clean, great information provided by host re what to do and where to eat. Handy for buses too. Perfect enclosed garden that would be great to let little ones play in summer. We only stayed 2 nights but I would happily return for longer 😊

If I had a gripe it would be the memory foam mattress...but that's just me being picky 🤣

This place is wonderful; perfect base for a family trip to see the sights of York. Kerrie is very responsive to messages and has top insider tips!

Maybe take some slippers for the bathroom floor if visiting in winter as it’s rather chilly! The rest of the house is toasty though!

Clean, warm, well-equipped and tastefully furnished.

House was very well equipped with everything we needed ,

Key box outside was difficult to access, duvets in 2bedroom needed to be bigger ,no mirror near plug to dry my hair ,and apply makeup ,the hob instructions we had didn’t work needed the original booklet.

Great host and fantastic property with everything you could possibly need. Parking was a bonus 😃
