Good property, quiet location. Clean , spacious, private entrance and outdoor area. Comfortable living area and kitchen.

More information regarding local amenities and walking or local transport routes to city centre. More information on restaurants, eateries, cafes etc in the city centre. The third bedroom with bunkbeds needed a mirror, a bedside table and lamp and hangers to hang clothes. Especially as this room as with our group, may not always be used by children .

Beautiful home, clean and spacious, was perfect for a weekend stay. The bedrooms were cosy and the beds were comfortable. The master bedroom was big. Living room kitchen/ diner was perfect had all the facilities you needed. It was nice to have the courtyard too as an added extra to sit in the sun. Easy access, 15 mins walk into York centre Would definitely recommend and would definitely look to coming back to stay here again. Thank you.

Lovely accommodation. Spotless and well equipped. Rooms beautifully presented. Great location for walking into the city. Good selection of shops and eateries just around the corner. Would definitely stay again.

Fantastic location lovely furniture and everything you needed for a perfect stay.

We loved the central location, local shops on Bishopthorpe Road and Rowntree park. The downstairs bedroom & bathroom was excellent for my parents.

The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed, and more. Lots of storage. Very clean, very comfortable and space for all of us. Oh and great location too. Quiet suburb with convenient park for the kids to run around in before bed. And the outdoor space was a bonus too.
