Holiday Homes in York

The location of the house was excellent - just a pleasant 15-20 minute walk into the centre of York. The house was spotlessly clean and nicely decorated. I contacted Michelle a few times who responded immediately and was very friendly. I would thoroughly recommend!

Can't think of anything we didn't like!

Wonderful location. The street is in a quiet, residential area but within easy walking distance to the center. No car parking at the property but good options nearby. We found everything we needed at the house, including some very chocolatey biscuits. There was information left to hand for the house and recommendations for the surrounding area.

The weather (not the hosts fault of course)

Close to york centre, quiet area, nice having own space. Easy to find from train station. Good guest information folder.

Maybe blackout curtains in room upstairs.

Nothing major but on a night between 10pm and 12. There was a loud humming noise that appeared to be coming from next door a little like a loud tumble dryer constantly on and the upstairs walls were vibrating.

Great place, very quiet and in walking distance to the city centre. Very well equipped, easy and kind communication with the hosts.

In the bathroom on the ground floor no storage places and no hooks for towels.

There is so much space in this house, absolutely beautiful and immaculate, all bedrooms en suite with very comfortable beds. Beautifully decorated throughout. We stayed here for my wedding weekend, all guests had a fabulous time. Thanks so much x
