location fine parking fine

no final instructions were given to us regarding the key box code which emails had informed us would be received at 12 noon on the day we travelled to york . WE ARRIVED AT THE PROPERTY AND HAD TO CHASE THE OWNER FOR THE CODE. Finally gained access an hour later he blamed booking .com No waste bins in bathrooms or bedrooms Basin plug in bathroom not working Ground floor bathroom tile grout was black with mould all over Window in First floor bathroom locked with no key available to open it.

"We did enjoy our stay but I think it was expensive. There was a lovely log burner but no logs or lighters to at least ha"

The location and the bed was so comfy and the towels were lovely.
