Dove Cottage - Stay at Gwens

Perfect quiet location, the views from the cottage are fantastic and only 18 minutes drive to all of the areas we wanted to walk around, there are local walks if you didn't want to drive anywhere. The local pub was lovely and had good food. The cottage had everything we needed, comfy beds and we loved our evenings relaxing in front of the log fire.

The only downside was the electric shower was luke warm but the bath water was a perfect temperature.

Lots of room, well equipped very clean. Great location for walking and close to Bakewell.

Beautiful cottage in a lovely location, even the pictures don't do it justice. Everything there that you need, good communication from the owners and was good to read about the history of the cottage. Also a pub that does food just at the end of the track. Already booked to go back in the spring.

Location, and the property was absolutely perfect.

The property and location were fantastic, lovely views and great walks right from the door. The cottage had everything in it you could need and even had bread, milk and butter waiting for us! Communication from Mike was brilliant who answered any questions within minutes.
