If you don’t think you are getting a room with a balcony and a room and steam shower shown in the pictures its good enough. But if you expect to get what is in the pictures you might be disappointed given other amazing options in Matera

Upon pointing out that its deceptive to show pictures of a place, the owner handled it very poorly. I would only book if you actually get the room with a view, the other room is ok the street with a trash truck and bugs from the street.

Perfect location, amazing view, jacuzzi in the flat was a highlight, Vittorio was an excellent host.

Room was not a suite, absolutely no service, this was not a boutique hotel room, but more an Airbnb! We walked a lot with our luggage. you can reach the room by taxi much better choice.

Magnificent little apartment, very large bedroom and ideally located with magnificent views. Vittorio will do everything to make your stay pleasant. We loved staying at this place. Great bedding and very clean place

Nothing

The property was beautifully and tastefully designed, cool without the need for air-conditioning, bang in the centre of town yet a haven away from the bustles and noise of tourists. The jacuzzi bath was excellent and there were nice touches like good quality toiletry items and snacks plus beverage making facilities.

Nothing I can think of. A longer stay?

Very convenient location. The architectural design is modern and traditional with a very spacious bathroom and a big bath tub. The room is quite big, air conditioning works very well. Very nice assortments of everything for the bathroom and coffee- tea.

It was okay for a one night stay but windows need to stay half shut not to be seen from outside - no natural sun light
