Views and Location

Plenty of space, beds and pillows very good.

Large spacious modern home located within walking distance to town. The beds were very comfortable with ample extra bedding. Great size hot water cylinder to cater for a bath and multiple showers. Beautiful outdoor deck space with sturdy seating. Fantastic staff were easy to communicate with during some issues we encountered. I liked that a slow cooker and sandwich press were supplied in the kitchen as well as multiple dishwasher tablets.

The kitchen was under stocked, it needs more plates and cutlery, house sleeps 8 but only 6 of each dish are supplied. It increases the frequency of washing dishes. The spa bath was very loud, i dont recommend using in the evening when others are trying to sleep. I did not find it relaxing over the noise. Unfortunately the pizza stone was broken when we arrived, we were told we could use it but chose not to for risk of damaging further. Its was disappointing that maintenance issues had been missed.

Property was clean, tidy but very minimalistic as far as facilities. Shower in ensuite leaked through door. No serving plates, casserole dishes. Bedding is for 8 but only 6 plates, 6 knives, 6 glasses, etc. Very disappointing, as group of 5 always having to wash dishes so we could cook and serve meals.

Great location, good property, clean and has all amenities. Highly recommended

Very spatious, organized, well equipped and well located to discover the wonderful region ! We were only two but the house should be perfect for large groups there is plenty of room and conviviality’s

Some furniture are a bit old, and heating up the house is a bit difficult with only one heater. Just requires a bit of anticipation but all went well !

The town of Twizel has all you need while visiting the area.

The hvac system was a bit tricky but opening the windows helped cool the house.

It was warm and clean on arrival. Good spaces in the house and comfortable beds

More crockery in the kitchen as we had 6 adults staying
