A spa bath, the space and location with private garden

A small thing reallly, TVs and how to work them, batteries flat on arrival, message was sent at the time, spare battery access and better info would help.

"The house needs cleaning"

Good and quiet location. Big house and comfortable sofas. The kitchen had everything you need for cooking. Netflix available in the TV.

Unfortunately the house was not very clean. Lots of hair and insects in the corners on the floor or by the walls. The shower was not cleaned well with soap and shampoo stains on the shower wall from previous guests, and the freezer had food scraps on the shelves. The house needs a thorough cleaning in general. See attached photos. The 2 single beds we slept in were too short for us (we are 175 cm and 185 cm tall). !After writing the original review the Stay Mackenzie team has been very arrogant and aggressive towards us. I tried to be nice in my feedback / review, but now I will be honest: there were places in this house where it was extremely dirty! Such cleaning standards would never have been accepted in Europe!
