"Biking from twizel"

So clean and new and great floor plan. Lots of space, great deck. Loved having use of the pizza oven. Walkable to town. Very comfy beds. Very comfy sitting room easy chairs. Plenty of garage space.

A few small extras would make this excellent. Bedroom fans. More plates/cups/glasses/bowls/silverware.... Enough to get through 3 meals a day. Thats all.

House was roomy. We had 3 people staying in the 3 double bed rooms. I stayed in the master and it was amazing. The room was huge and the walk in wardrobe and ensuite were equally big. The lounge and dining area was big and easily seated us all in front of the fire. Kitchen was a little outdated but everything worked and there were enough pots and pans to cook meals easily.
