The Old Post Office

It was amazing, spotless and everything you needed. I could have stayed there all week. Would have loved to have seen what the original post office was like inside. Amazing what you have done with it 😊 will definitely stay again. Thank you

Accommodation, especially the bath, comfy bed. Kitchen facilities. Cleanliness 100%. Area. Local amenities.

No parking. But happy to park up the street, didn't have any issues to do so.

Absolutely love our stay here and will certainly be coming back soon.

The location in Ruswarp was great, what spoilt it was the volume of spedding traffic ( 20 mph zone) however all traffic far exceeded this. Our dog was very unsettled especially for the first 2 days. This is not the fault of the accomodation. I am so surprised there are no traffic calming measures on this little village through road which is extremely busy. The butchers next door is so friendly & make the perfect breakfast sandwich. We did the Whitby circular walks twice - in on the river/ railway track & back on the cinder track. En route we called at Littlebeck & walked to the falling foss tea rooms. On another day we drove to Maybeck & walked right down to the waterfall & back up to the rea rooms. We walked from Whitby to Sandsend. One day we had Pizza at the Whitby brewery. And last but not least we called into The Bridge Inn a couple of times & had received a lovely welcome & had a superb meal

Not much ( other than the traffic). We loved our 4 day break & will definitely return

The whole place was very well designed and thought out in the conversion lovely little place

Would have liked the loo to be private

Excellent location but parking is on street a distance from the property

No privacy for the toilet
