The location. It was lovely and warm, very comfortable, clean and had every you need for a relaxing break away. There is plenty of room to move about.

Nice open plan space, kitchen facilities good.liked the underfloor heating. The view of the abbey from the front of the cottage was amazing. Beds were comfy.

Maybe more in the information book about how to get around Whitby from the location of the cottage but wasn’t a massive issue. The loft bedroom was very difficult to access as three of our party had limited mobility and the stairs up to the second floor were extremely steep and narrow.

Loved the cottage, great location. Would recommend even though there were some issues

Bathrooms and shower room need updated. Mold round the tiles in the shower room. Came across some silver fish in the same room.

Location, cleanliness and size of property were great.

Some little things could have made it better. Small touches,like a bread knife and trays to cook in the oven.

The house itself is really nice & in a good location. We went to collect an extra parking permit whilst the cleaner was there, she was very helpful and even rang me to let me know when she was leaving so I could park in one of the two extra spaces outside the house. Thank you!

In a few areas the house is looking a little tired and would benefit from a lick of paint & a spot of DIY. We couldn't get BBC1 on the TV but that didn't really cause a problem.
