Very spacious and everything there you would need.

No instructions on how downstairs heating worked. Beds uncomfortable and torn bedding

TV was poor only a few channels , had 3 bathrooms HOWEVER. 2 only had bath and a hand shower no good for elderly people. Main bed a little old , needs more lights in centre of rooms Photo in Bookings must have been photo shot

The location was perfect

The property said suitable for dogs and that there was a courtyard view. This wasn't true. It was a shared passage way. So there were nowhere to let the dog out. So that was misleading, the parking was a nightmare but obviously not the properties fault as a van parked at the top which made it impossible to park at the house. The property itself needs a good scrub. Stains and marks everywhere, ripped bedding in the main bedroom the crockery needs replacing, chipped bowls and plates, and one of the pans needs replacing as the Teflon is all coming off. These are all minor things that can be resolved and could make it the perfect stay for someone without pets. Just a few pointers for the owners. Replace the curtains in the bedrooms for blackout curtains so the lights not flooding in at 5am. Maybe update the tv and remove the old sky as tv was very limited we couldn't log into Netflix ect. But again that's just a minor issue that would have made out stay more comfortable.

It was great that there was car parking space. The house was spacious and clean.

The location and having parking , excellent!

Cottage is in a great location, could park up and walk into the town at ease. The bedrooms were all large and had their own bathrooms. The open plan kitchen and living room was great for a family, kitchen was well planned( an empty cupboard would have been good for our shopping ) was lovely to be provided with tea, coffee, sugar, milk , condiments and cleaning sponges, etc . The cottage is quiet and you don’t hear a lot of noise around you . .

The cottage is lovely a few, broken tiles in bathrooms and living room. Apart from that not much negatives. There is a nosey seagull who let his presence be known all week ( nearly had heart attack first time he came) knocking on kitchen window. He will watch you cooking and whale eye you. Kids thought he was funny , named him Steven after prev family called him on review.
