Whitby Beachfront Cottage

The property was in a disgusting state , old letters and magazines on entering the property. Carpets so dirty we had to keep our shoes on stained mattress no protecters,filthy windows you couldn’t see the view cleaners had left all the rubbish in the cupboard furniture old no table to eat on so it was plates on your knee,the cobwebs were all over I could go on and on my opinion it wants removing from your site until cotyage is put right . Very disappointing and a lot of money we have wasted my children didn’t want to stay we came home a day early Mrs S Horton

The location was excellent. Easy access to everything and beautiful views. We had a lovely time and enjoyed our stay.

The property was a little dirty in places, cobwebs, dusty floors, and it needed updating. The TV didn't work due to poor Internet, which my 85 year old mother was disappointed about.

Location excellent and price

All reported to owners and they promptly replied to fix.Couldn't get TV to work. Bathroom sink had blockage and some sockets not working.

Location, location, location!! Views over the beach and across to the north side brilliant , very cosy.

Wouldn’t say there was anything we disliked as we knew what we were booking, but with no yard or garden when taking a dog you have to get fully dressed to take them out, we just neglected to think about that!!

The location was fantastic

Had a great stay here with my wife for our anniversary Location was great views fantastic accommodation was very homley and comfortable Parking is an issue but having said that we where aware of this before booking Over all we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend

The cottage could do with freshening up e.g a lick of paint, broken/mismatched furniture replaced and a good clean.

The view was exceptional and the sound of the waves

The TV stopped working No WiFi and no response from owners so I had to buy data. No tea or coffee and 1 loo roll for the price I thought you may get the basics

Stayed here before was amazing, however this time there was no loo roll no soap, no washing up liquid or cloth, no welcome pack as there had bee before, needs decorating and a good clean, bathroom needs attention
