Host & Stay - Threadneedle Cottage

Well equipped kitchen. Bedrooms roomy and comfortable. All the facilities were what you would need from a weeks stay. Central location and easily accessible

Tired sofas - uncomfortable

Cosy and the location was good. First floor bedroom was nice, bed very comfy. Kitchen was equipped well.

The WiFi didn’t work, the couch’s was very uncomfortable and had multiple stains on the them. Big cap at the bottom of the front door so the cottage was very cold, we had to place towels down on the door to stop the draft. Even with the heating on full you felt little benefit. Upstairs bedroom furniture was badly stained.

Location was brilliant you are right in the centre.. Beds were very comfortable and the bedrooms quite spacious. Living area a little small but adequate we ate in for breakfast..

Very well located, clean, light and bright, well kept and stocked.

Just the tiniest thing, that I appreciate the accommodation is tiny and no cupboard space but the hoover and cleaning things are under the stairs which are open and it’s the first thing you see as you go in, but apart from that it’s perfect and as I say it’s a tiny little thing

The location and bedrooms were excellent, the kitchen was adequate.

The sofa, carpets were dirty, both sofas were sub standard and broken.

Great location & lovely open fire

Sadly we didn’t have a great day. Don’t like to write bad reviews but the bed on the first flowers broken the sofa in the room was broken. It wasn’t the cleanest on arrival. Most of the cups plates were chipped and marked telly didn’t work at all for our entire weekend. It is really a shame because the location is lovely and part of the apartment has been done up nicely if they have just repaired the broken things and kept the apartment up-to-date could be a little gem when we got back they asked us to do a review explained why we didn’t want to so they told us to put in a complaint. We sadly didn’t get anywhere with host and stay a customer service was really unprofessional never replied to emails

The location was good it was clean the beds were comfortable didn't here mutch noise we all enjoyed our stay after reading the other reviews we were apprensive but was pleasantly surprised if any problems Charlie answered promptly

Shower head on first floor kept falling off when having a shower so you had to hold it with one hand the sky need a sign on the cupboard door to say where it is and to keep it open while using it the sofa's need replacing they're uncomfortable and one of the legs looks like it could collapse any time
