Location, comfortably bed

Shower leaking and no control over the temperature

Location..easy to walk into the centre of Lincoln..nice Comfy bed. Everywhere clean..everything you need in kitchen though we didn't cook..thanks for the milk &muffins ....comfy bed.. Towels smelt lovely &soft .. access to Netflix Supermarket on doorstep Nice decor Would recommend staying here

Shower very temperamental..not easy to regulate temp either very! hot or cold...only bathroom is downstairs Our preference would be to have a bathroom upstairs..but managed ok.. Parking was initially unavailable on arrival as the street was packed..but we did secure the space at side of house later on...smoke detector is very sensitive..we only did toast and it went off....not a complaint just be aware..

Excellent location near the castle and cathedral. Clean, comfortable. Place was tiny but that didn't bother us.

Spiral staircase could be a problem with limited mobility. The fire alarm went off every time we cooked toast. No burning, no overlooking, just using the toaster normally. No bread knife. Could do with thicker curtains in the bedroom.

Really good location and good value for money. Decor was pretty.

Shower temperature was scalding hot or freezing. Lots of woodlice throughout the house too

Homely welcoming property. High quality fixtures and fittings.

Parking was an issue on arrival as no space in cul-de-sac or raised space. Reparked when space became available. Shower temperature was a little awkward to regulate.
