Addictive View - Lakeside Studio

As the photos show this is a studio with an incredible lakeside setting. The interior is well planned, very clean and extremely comfortable. We liked is so much that we were happy to spend half a day of our stay just relaxing there after several days of activities and driving. Apartment is really only a few minutes drive from Rotorua and also close to very good supermarket.

The vegetation in front of the apartment will need pruning sometime soon or much of the Lakeview may be lost. That would be a pity as it’s the main usp of this apartment.

Great little studio apartment with spectacular views across the lake. Located just a short drive from town so super quiet. Has a small balcony where it's lovely to sit and watch the swans on the lake.

View was stunning, had all the facilities we needed, hosts were friendly.

Very clean, comfortable and well equipped. The views really were fabulous. Very easy to get into town and all the Rotorua attractions.

Great views, convenient location, comfortable bed and room, great to have kitchenette and washer/dryer.

My wife found parking on the sloping driveway unsettling, but this could be due more to a distrust of the electric park brake on the rental car than a problem with the property.

This studio was absolutely stunning! The view one the lake is breathtaking (especially the sunset) and we felt really comfortable staying here! Thank you for having us.

Beautiful location directly on the lake. The appartment had everything’s we needed and was functional and cozy.

The electric cooker is quite old and needs replacement. when we were there the water heater make loud banging noises and disturbed our sleep. The plumber came twice and this was quickly rectified.
