"A Studio worth Staying at"

Great spot, awesome view, super quiet from traffic not to far from city. The studio was warm and comfortable with great shower. A few products in bathroom and milk and tea coffees in kitchen. Nice to sit outside on deck and no TV. A restful place after a busy day. Definitely when back in Rotorua would choose here.

This was out of owners control but arriving back on first night to people above parked across all 3 parks including ours and on second night they were a bit noisy as they were above us. I must stress out of owners control.

"wonderful, memorable and the view of the lake and veggie garden was spectacular"

beautiful location, accommodating hosts: we were very grateful for the two umbrellas supplied, we had raincoats but they weren’t going to cut the side ways windy rain 10/10. The little snacks were a bonus. The view was the best. Location close to Eat Street and Markets (5 mins drive)

The property was lovely to stay in. Our electric blankets were turned on when we arrived which for a couple from warm Brisbane, was a beautiful touch to keep us warm! It was a very cosy studio which even included some snacks. It is so close to everything we needed and it was a very comfortable stay. Thank you very much for having us, we loved staying here!
