Better mattresses on some beds uncomfortable and creaky. Also fix some door hinges & WD40 on doors to help to eliminate squeaks & creaks. Banging noise in top bedroom, maybe something loose?? Clean up outside space.

The cottage could use a deep clean new pillows and towels

The upstairs en suite toilet was very awkward to use. Kitchen utensils need a bit of an upgrade. I had to put bleach down the sink owing to drain odour, bathroom door lock broken, the radiator in the room under the window was at best Luke warm and the electric fire was inadequate to help heat the room, also connecting it to the power supply could be improved. Most of the things I've listed , I would think, be relatively easy to address and make for a more pleasant experience

Position

The stair carpets were quite dirty, and generally throughout the property could have an update. Eg door handles were wobbly underneath the settee hadn’t been cleaned.
