Location great , Fresh smoked Kippers 2 doors up

Only 1 toilet roll on arrival between 2 loos , stairs to top floor very narrow

Property was beautiful full of charm and character. Good value for money.

We didn’t 9.30pm at night after traveling. When we arrived at the property the house was freezing. All the radiators were turned off, would have been nice to arrive and the heating be on in the middle of March.

A few of the electric points didn't work and floor boards in first double bedroom very noisy

We stayed for the Christmas week as a family and friends. Perfect house for Christmas. Plenty of space but still cosy. Having a small outside space in whitby is a huge bonus, kept the Christmas wine chilled and so close to the beach for the dogs.

Lots of room, clean, warm. Right in the centre of Whitby.

We asked for a stairgate, it never arrived. The beam at the top of the stairs had no warning signs, the average in height members of the party banged their heads more than once. The archway into the lounge was higher but still caused an issue and again didn't have a warning sign.

I have stayed at this property previously with my family, I booked it for my friends 50th it’s absolutely fantastic very quirky excellent location

No milk left as stated or spare keys Tv didn’t work at first had to turn off and on again Patio doors where unlocked when arrived, eventually managed to lock them Cottage was a good size but decoration was tired, could do with updating and brightening up.

Lovely cosy cottage in a great location.

The oven needed cleaning but otherwise spotless.
