"Lovely short stay between Christmas and New Year."

Good location for access to town centre and local facilities.

Access by car is not easy, and even just for loading and unloading your vehicle it can be difficult. Free parking pass was great but it was a long way from the cottage.

"Great location, lovely and warm in winter but looking tired."

location is superb but parking is the usual Whitby issue. The property can best be described as quirky with no straight walls or level floors and the stairs to the second floor are not for the faint hearted (or old, or young for that matter).

it’s starting to look very tired now and needs a serious update: decor/bathrooms/kitchen if it wants to keep up with the Jones, as it charges Jones prices.

"Great location but cottage could do with some TLC."

location

kitchen poorly cleaned. freezer full of ice. grubby cooker. some greasy pots. Garden shabby. no bedside tables. flaking enamel on bath. some sockets did not work. poor tv reception and choice of channels. poorly completed DIY throughout. stairs to top floor dangerous.

great location. very quirky. plenty of toilet roll

lack of towels. tv didn’t work, probably due to the poor internet connection. we were promised more towels but they never arrived
