Says it has 2 bathrooms ??? first floor has bath with shower top floor only has toilet and sink please change the description as this is misleading

The location age of the property and quirky decor

Curb appeal - outdoor space would benefit from a tidy up and clean - lot of bird droppings that needed a good hose down - get that this is inevitable however it had been there for some time - also ad alleyway is a seating area maybe enclose rubbish bins as not a good look to be greeted with on arrival

The location was absolutely perfect and the quirkiness of the cottage was lovely.

Cooker doesn’t work properly, the extractor is pointless. It doesn’t extract and the light doesn’t work. Kitchen facilities were a bit poor. The quilt on the bed was very thin. On looking in the cupboards to find an alternative I found heaps of linen just dumped in a mess. In fact all the cupboards looked like stuff has just been shoved in and doors shut before it all falls out. Decor also a poor finish. Such a shame on such a gorgeous old building. No outdoor bin? No instructions as regards waste.

Perfect location. Lovely period cottage - very pretty. Excellent host who made sure we had everything we needed.
