Water's Edge City Retreat

This was a fantastic location, close to Ohinemutu, Kuirau park etc. Perfect size for our family , 3 adults 2 kids

BEDS WERE A LITTLE FIRMER THAN WE LIKE AND PILLOWS WERE NOT GREAT OTHER THAN THAT ALL WAS GOOD

I got lovely messages from the owners which was nice. It was also in a good location easy close wall to eat street which was great.

We found the property not very clean, the beds were very uncomfortable and the pillows smelt weird. We also found the photos deceiving the home is very small, yes 6 beds but not enough space for 6 people

Good location and lots of space.

Needs a good cleaning inside and out. The fridge was a mini fridge. It had too much frost in the freezer and frozen most of my food in the lower fridge. That was very disappointing because we were there for 4 nights.

Handy location. Easy to find. Good undercover parking at front door. Space outside for kids to play. Extra separate toilet. Well equipped kitchen. Plenty of towels. Washing machine and clothes line, particularly great when holidaying with kids.

The place was filthy. It needs a deep clean from top to bottom. Feeling ripped off as our payment included a $100 cleaning fee. Impossible to watch TV due to poor internet and unable to stay connected on our mobile devices. The absence of air-con, particularly in the upstairs bedroom. Calling it 3 bedrooms isn't exactly truthful, the 3rd room was a big cupboard. Ideally the small window in this room needs a curtain to keep the stairwell light out. No outdoor furniture, a basic outdoor table and chairs would have been great.
