"Expensive (but I know Windsor is), good design of space in the house, but poor communications."

Good use of space in a small house. Location was good for our needs.

Sent a direct message to owner asking about collecting keys early. No reply direct from owner :(, but via Booking.com got an ok. On arrival the keys were not available early as agreed via Booking.com despite numerous checks :(.

"Excellent stay near Windsor Castle with spacious and well-equipped accommodation"

Great location close to Windsor Castle. Excellent accommodation - spacious living room, kitchen and shower room downstairs, with all equipment needed. Three lovely bedrooms, tastefully decorated - two with en-suite toilets and basins. Very cool spiral staircase. Clean and comfortable.

Key box was very difficult to open and close - hurt fingers doing so. Hangers for clothes would have been useful.

Location was fantastic for visit to Windsor Castle. The house is really well equipped. Beds really comfortable. The house was spotlessly clean. 10 minute walk to main high street/castle and station.

Spiral staircase tight and tricky. Would have preferred upstairs shower facilities but this wasn't a deal breaker.

Clean and well presented. Central location.

The upstairs bathrooms were incredibly small - especially the one on the top floor. Was noisy at night.

Great location. Stylish interior design. Kitchen well equipped.

Complete absence of any communication with the owner. The listing said a parking permit might be possible but when I messaged the owner… no response. The lockbox was temperamental and we couldn’t open it on the 2nd occasion. We tried to call and message the owner but there was no answer. As a property for 6 it would have been nicer to have a 2nd shower.
