Modern upside down property with hot tub

The property itself was modern, spacious and in a good location. The layout worked well for our family stay and the house had good facilities overall.

Unfortunately the hot tub, which was one of the main reasons we booked the property, was not usable during our stay. The outside RCD supplying the hot tub had tripped on arrival and continued tripping intermittently throughout the stay, which made us uncomfortable using it, particularly with children. The water also did not appear particularly clean on arrival, with floating white debris visible, and the floating chlorine dispenser referred to in the instructions could not be found. We reported the issues promptly but did not receive any practical follow up assistance during the stay.

Let's start from beginning. Parking wasn't comfortable. No-one send as any information about check in. I was calling to get a key code. Tables was very sticky with cup signs. At the garden messy. We was booked for 2 nights to enjoy hot tub BUT NO, water was cold. At day 2 we decided to use hot tub BUT there was to much chlorine tablets so kids and as couldn't enjoy at all. IT WAS OUR EXPERIENCE. Hope yours will be better.

We loved everything about this property, there were plenty of appliances for us to use and instructions on how to use everything. The house was warm and clean, there was a wine cooler upstairs and out in the garden area which was great and we loved the hot tub! It was 5 minute drive from Cromer and Sheringham, 30 mins on the bus. The shop is a 3 minute walk up the road and so is the pub! Unfortunately the pub is closing but we went on it last night and all pints were £2.50, winner!! The beds were comfy and the sheets smelt lovely. We were all really impressed with this place and are looking to visit again in the summer!

The one and only thing I didn’t like was the front gate didn’t close so early hours in the morning I woke up a few times due to the gate banging open and shut but that was literally the only thing!

The location was ideal for discovering North Norfolk.The property had everything we needed. Love the hot tub and out door area.overaĺl a great property.

Modern, as described,beautiful home

Even though the property was on a main road (30mph), the upside down design meant that you couldn't see it from the sitting room area, and the noise was minimal. The kitchen was well designed and stocked with all the essentials. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Having an en-suite shower room meant we didn't have to wait for the teenagers to vacate the bathroom.

There was no access to the small office at the rear of the garden. This would have been handy for me to carry out a little business in a quiet space with no distractions. I had to use the outdoor covered dining area instead, which my 6-year-old daughter kept barging into. Parking on the roadside was ok, but I'd prefer private parking.

Great value for money- generously sized. We didn’t use the garden/entertainment area but it was well equipped. Check in process easy.
