Gorgeous cottage, comfortable and clean. Great location. Slept like a log.

Could have done with some tea towels and washing up sponges, but that's minor. Everything else was perfect.

The cottage is an idyllic situation and is perfect for a couple on a short break as we were. I would not recommend this for a family looking for a self catering holiday. The fridge, cooker etc are all mini sized and the property does not lend itself to the traditional self catering holiday. As a couple staying for a few days we lived well by eating at the pub next door, which provides excellent meals.

For us there was nothing to dislike other than a problem with hot water pressure. We had a great time and despite comments above we would consider another short break in the future.

fabulous location. The property is small though (to do with the location) and the owners have made the best of the space, but and do note: 1. the double bed in the main bedroom is a queen so it felt a bit cramped for us 2. access to the second bedroom is through the first bedroom

I may have missed this but we thought fuel for the log burner was included but wasn’t. It was quite cold downstairs at night. Just a very small thing and not a moan. We still had a fantastic stay. It was definitely a treat to stay here. I did feel it was quite expensive per night.

We did like it but really not suitable for more than 2!!!. My mum was supposed to stay with us but the second room was not very easy to get up to, and only 1 small bathroom.
