Normanby Cottage Runswick Bay

Wonderful and cosy, perfect location for a much needed break. Would love to return and stay without leaving the bay.

Normanby Cottage is a little bijou gem ! Brilliantly located in an elevated location and close to the Royal Hotel, who would kindly bring pre-ordered meals up to the cottage. Marvellous in every way !

Perfect for a romantic stay. Small but beautiful appointed. Staff at the Royal Hotel (next door) were lovely and delivered our evening meals to the door. Location great for beach and to walk the Cleveland Way. Log burner was great during cool evenings. We will be back for sure!

It is small but it didn’t matter to us (not sure I would to be there with more than two people). Perfect for a couple though.

great location, property was clean and a beautiful cottage nicely decorated

the living room was cold with only a tiny radiator there was a log burner, but only one log and no kindling. the shower was very weak.

The property was just perfect. From the thoughtfulness of the milk and wine to the lovely furnishings, it was like home from home. Great location and everything we needed. We dined at both pubs and the food was delicious. We will be back!
