Idyllic rural location within easy reach of Canterbury, really comfortable. Both Sarah and her son James are lovely people and really helpful giving us tips on where to go etc. Would definitely recommend and will be back again.

Sarah was very friendly.

The upstairs room was very musty smelling. The spiral staircase was rickety and a bit broken. Think the small narrow staircase should have been mentioned in the description. Property was hard to find. Postal Code was not exact. There is no visible sign for this property!

Great location near to all the places we wanted to visit and a lovely quiet environment.

"A practical, comfortable, welcoming and picturesque place to stay"

Excellent property, beautifully nestled in a quiet, picturesque Kent countryside. Excellent parking, outside the property, with accessible entry - aside from a couple of small steps, easily navigated by our toddler. We had excellent, punctual, and responsive communication with the owner. The accommodation was very clean, tidy, comfortable, well equipped with all kitchen utensils, bedding, and towels, and could provide enough for a short/medium/long stay. The site is small, but it has a good area for seating, sunbathing, and a dog and a toddler to run around. Cheltenham is easily accessible from here, and a beautiful place to spend a day or two!

Only recommendation is to change the directions to use 'what three words' as it is not easy to find on first attempt.

"Lovely cottage stay!"

We had a lovely stay in Orchard Cottage for a few days. It's in a perfect location if you want to visit Canterbury, Whitstable and Leeds Castle. The cottage has everything you'd need for a self-catering holiday. It's also a bonus to have 2 bathrooms and a nice seating area outside (if you're lucky enough to get nice weather during your stay!) Would recommend!
