5 minutes walk into town

The layout of the living room could be slightly better for watching the tv. We didn’t spend much time in but if we had it would have been an issue

Location excellent

TV in living room didn't work. Finally found the aerial wasn't plugged in but was so short had to have the tv against the wall so it was difficult to see. The TV upstairs had no aerial whatsoever so it didn't work. In the kitchen a leak under the sink which stank. Had to clean it and bleach it. Everything needs updating.

Off road parking, great as we transported vintage bikes. It’s roomy with separate bedrooms & exactly what we need for our weekend at the Velo Retro.

Nothing, it suits us perfectly.

Location and amount of beds we needed for our family

No waste bins were provided in the bathrooms or bedrooms despite notes saying don’t use toilets use bins provided. Oven had no way of knowing what was what all dials were faded and gone so couldn’t use grill. Smoke alarm was broken and in two pieces. Coffee machine or cafetière was not there as it said when I booked. Top bedroom had no blinds or curtains and big gap in the window with a severe draft. No wardrobe space or drawers only in one room. Doors didn’t shut properly and bathroom lock didn’t work. Double mattress needs updating could feel the springs. In bad need of general repair and attention, Shame because it was perfectly located and if better would have used again when visiting family.

The property was well situated

I had to wash some of the crockery before use.

Poor state of repair and uncomfortable beds. Hole in the living room ceiling with plaster on the floor.
