Superb place. Everything is so clean and new. We love the decoration and the location. The owner was so considerate he even included a complimentary welcome pack. 10/10 would recommend.

It would be great if there was a dryer but that is really nitpicking.

The host had kept bread, milk, egg, butter and few other items for ready to use which is impressive. Really liked the place as surroundings are very beautiful and house is very clean and well maintained. Overall its memorable experience for us.

"Worthwhile at Sovereign Harbour"

Lovely location. Very comfortable sofas and bed. The multiple bathrooms was great, prevents so many argue. The contents of the welcome pack so useful. First time ever had a welcome pack that meant you didn't have to buy something for breakfast.

Would have preferred curtains or something other than roller blinds at the windows. If you put the blinds up to let in light, you felt overlooked. This would only be an issue in summer and if you spent a long time at the property.

We very recently stayed here. We have close family in Eastbourne and visit every few weeks from North Devon. This was easily the best accommodation we have stayed in so far. The accommodation was spotless and comfortable. The property is extremely well equipped too. Communication with the owner was easy . Lovely welcome package. We have already rebooked for our next visit.

Not much. A couple of very minor niggles if I try very hard to think of something - nothing that will stop us staying again.
