"Beautiful location, fabulous house."

Three generations of our family, ranging in age from 90 to 30's, so it was difficult to find somewhere to accommodate all our needs. However, Bay View House was perfect! Plenty of bathrooms, lots of communal space and a beautiful garden. We were blessed with good weather. Wanted to visit the Amy Johnson museum, and we were able to walk to it easily from the house, and the beach was a 2 minute stroll. Well equipped kitchen, needed more tea towels but they were delivered straight away. Lovely decor, great beds and the bathrooms were good too. Couldn't fault it.

The assumption we would be using the hot tub. Nobody in the party would want to.

Location and gardens in front of the house were gorgeous at this time of year. The pretty box hedges and the beautifully grown climbers and fruit trees all added to the welcoming feel that the house gave

A dishwasher would have made the cooking and mealtimes even nicer. It was a pity the communications about how to enter and where from were a bit muddled. The hosts went out of their way to accommodate us with the offer of an early check in and the placement of the beds which was very gratefully received.

Absolutely gorgeous home in a quiet location but within a short walk to the pub, shops, beach etc. The house is finished to a high luxury standard and is very well equipped. The garden is beautiful, the bunnies on a morning were a joy to watch, the views are stunning and the hot tub was lush to relax in. We couldn’t have found a more perfect place!
