Plum Tree Cottage, kinmel Bay

Georgina was so helpful before we even arrived. Lovely location to explore all the different areas.

Everything was perfect, the only thing I would say is, for curtains to be placed in the living room for guests who use the sofa bed, was very bright first thing in a morning haha x

Lovely and quiet accommodation. Plenty of space with all the amenities for a home from home experience. Wonderful host, friendly and very helpful. This was a repeat visit and it was as perfect as the first time! Thank you!

A Lovely place very quiet good location to North Wales great place

The kitchen very basic the cooking item in the kitchen to cook with no Quality. So take your own no place mates

The actual property was lovely and met our needs however its access and location wasn’t quite as we expected . The outside area behind the gate was run down with random caravans, cars, sheds etc .

Stairs a bit steep for elderly mam and aunt and no downstairs toiket

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Plum Tree Cottage. It was a comfortable stay in a great location. The owner was mist helpful and on hand should we need anything. We will definately stay again.

Had off street parking

Downstairs was very tired.and garden looked scruffy

Quiet and private. Handy for resteraunt and close to beach. Own parking.

Great communication from Georgina prior to arrival, helped us plan some things we wanted to do. Lovely welcome pack for us upon arrival, greatly appreciated. Nice location for everything we wanted to do. Nice cosy and comfy accommodation x
