"Welcoming, spascious and cosy accommodation."

This was such a lovely place to stay..loved the space and the peacefulness. A lovely rural setting closely located near to Rotorua and other places to visit. I always love to stay in self catering accommodation when away and this provided everything necessary, plus the owner who met us on arrival was very friendly and welcoming.

"Feel like at the home and we want to come back again."

It’s the first time I felt like at home. Very comfortable bed and the whole house. The children love the horse and chickens.

Only one I didn’t like is the pillows are too soft. Any other things are perfect!

Huge guest house with two floors, fully equipped even with washing machine, quiet area, safe parking next to the house. Very nice hosts, they both helped us when our car did not start in the morning. Would certainly return.

"Lovely space for a few days. Close to Rotorua."

Lots of room, felt like home. Somewhere you would stay a few days. Washing machine was very handy! Great spot as it wasn’t far back into Rotorua and surrounding tourist attractions.

Advertised with dryer for washing but didn’t have one. Our clothes did get dry by using the rack in the lounge with the heater on overnight so it turned out ok. Watch out for the horse if you walk in his pen - owner does warn you.

The home was beautiful! Lots of space down stairs with all the facilities. The bed area was lovely, cosy and clean. Like a nice cosy small home for a small family. I left my phone behind and the owners went out of their way to make contact and get it back to me. Very grateful!
