Country Cottage Rotorua

Was a great place to stay. Host was very friendly but it felt a bit basic in set up. For example no hand towel in bathroom, no tissues, you had to ask if you wanted an extra towel. Kitchen wasn’t as well set up as we would have liked- no containers for storing left over food, no cling wrap or paper towel. Decent knives, cutlery, utensils, cups would be an improvement.

We loved the rural location, the peace and quiet, the warm welcome from the hosts, the tasteful furnishings inside, and the helpful information supplied. Altogether a highlight of our accommodation experiences travelling around the N Island for the last 3 weeks!

Good location, clean property and owner was very helpful.

Lovely quiet spot to recover after long drive and busy times. and ofcourse the two horses in front of the house. She gave us an apple to give to the horses in de the morning.
