"Great rural cottage"

Tracey was so helpful from arrival to departure. A great rural cottage with home comforts. Spotlessly clean and really comfy. It was nice to meet Luna and Lexi. Loved having the chickens on site! Would return anytime!

"This was a very pleasant short stay in a country setting."

Beautiful country setting with horses, chickens, ducks, and two friendly dogs.

The pillows on the big bed were too thin for me, but that’s a personal preference.

Loved the little walk out the back and all the animals, it was so nice and peaceful yet handy to the city. Warm friendly welcome, just loved it. Would happily stay again!

"Spacious home"

Really close to Rotorua amenities. Tranquil surroundings and spacious cottage. Lovely comfortable beds and good size bathroom. Oven wasn't working on arrival but on advising action taken to rectify. Late night check in supported with key safe

On arrival there were a lot of spiders throughout the house and a large beetle that greeted us. Appreciate in the country side such things are a part of life but thought they would have been spotted during the preparatory clean

"Farmlife a short drive from bustling Rotorua"

The accomodation is a small house on the back of a farmlet with two horses, two dogs and some chickens. A short drive from Ngongotaha. The cooking facilities are good and bbq works.

We didn't realise that the beds were all in one space, but that's our fault for not reading the description properly.
