The location on a hill was bad!!

The shower. The seating area was unsafe at the front of the property the list goes on!!!

Amazing location lots do local great place to stay homely feel and verry peaceful

Shower not good there as don't work properly and also says on Amenities washing machine there which it don't have one so that needs update for future reference as can't advertise something there what not there to use

The garden was really nice in the sun and a fantastic view of the valley. The bed's were so comfortable. The property is really nice inside

No parking near the property. Sadly the house next door let's the place down as it looks like a rubbish tip outside.

Beautiful little cottage in a fab location! 5 minute walk (down) to the town and train station. Dog friendly. Cute little front patio to sit and eat brekkie with next doors cats. Property was clean and tidy. Lots of space. Parking was a bit hairy if you’re not used to hill starts but gave us some light entertainment.

Would add a bath mat and something in the property management book which confirms the small fridge, is in fact a freezer. We had very cold beer 🤪

Amazing views Close to Matlock bank

The place was tired and in need of some simple maintenance to make a more pleasant stay. It didn’t feel very cosy or comfortable - we felt the photos were a little misleading. A bedding update, pillow protectors and replacing the The rusted towel racks would make a big difference. Basic things. Myself and my husband were in the back room as we felt bad putting my mum in there…the room was dark and sad…one of the bedside table was bathroom loo roll cabinet. Access is also not easy it would have been useful to have let us know about parking in advance.

The location was stunning, and definitely worth the steepness of the paths to get to the property. The Matlock bath town was very near and very convenient. Such lovely walks nearby.

There wasn't anything that we didn't like. I think it would extra lovely if the essentials when arriving to the property eg fresh milk, bread, biscuits.

The view was lovely and it was a good spot to explore. I was a good space for our family.

The bathroom could do with an update and better pressure in the shower
