Charming and luxury retreats on our farm

Excellent in all aspects Lovely Cottage, very well equipped Fantastic Location, so many places to visit nearby Sarah and Deepack are great people, they cannot do enough for you, and dedicate themselves to ensuring that your needs are catered to The animals are a joy to be around and to see some fawns on a late evening walk was magical

Everything was perfect

De ongelooflijke gastvrijheid van Sarah en Deepak. Bij aankomst werden we enthousiast ontvangen en geïntroduceerd op de boerderij en gaven ze veel handige tips over de omgeving. De cottage was fantastisch, van alle gemakken voorzien en met zeer veel smaak ingericht. Naast Charming en Luxury zou ik het wordt Superb willen toevoegen. Sussex is een heerlijk en interessant deel van Engeland, rustig, mooi en zeer dicht bij London.

De bedden vielen wel tegen. Erg klein en matige matrassen.

Honestly was perfect, one of the best stays I’ve ever had.

We had a very nice time at New Hill Farm. Our family really enjoyed the beautiful accommodation. We visited London by train and enjoyed the quiet location. The landlords were extremely friendly, the facilities very good and tidy. The children were very happy there.

Absolutely fantastic. Nothing to fault and absolutely highly recommend. From start to finish was a pleasure and what wonderful people

The cottage was very comfortable, and the hosts were lovely and generous. We would definitely stay again.

Hats off to Sarah and Deepak for being SUPER hosts, as we were moving from one rental to another we had food to keep fresh, once we called Sarah was very accommodating by allowing us to drop our things earlier than the booking time. Deepak has a wealth of informations and we thoroughly enjoyed every minute at the place. Our 2 bedroom was spacious and super clean and well decorated. At first we thought the sofas may be not be comfortable but to our delight they were more than comfortable. The pillows and mattresses were very comfy and they provided fans for when it was hot. The kitchen is well equipped with a full size fridge and freezer which was a bonus. The farm was child friendly, and the rules were clearly stated during the tour to keep the kids safe at all time. The animals were a delight and the kids loved being there to a point were the nagged to go back to the house every time we went out. I would definitely visit again and recommend the place

Outstanding accommodation, perfect location for all amenities and surrounding holiday activities. Wonderful and friendly hosts. Including the little ginger cat! Lovely added touches with milk in the fridge, fresh eggs and scrumptious cakes. Comfortable, clean and well presented. Everything you need for short or long holiday. Sarah and Deepak have put a lot of time and thought into their accommodation to make it a most pleasurable stay. Will definitely be revisiting 10/10.
