"Close to perfection, we are very likely to return."

We chose the property primarily for its location (near family), so the excellent quality of the accommodation and the friendliness of the hosts was a wonderful surprise. The facilities are superb, it's in peaceful countryside but easy to find and close to shops, and the farm animals are adorable!

No reflection on the property but some of the country lanes nearby are very narrow - if driving something valuable, stick to New Road!

The Byre was absolutely perfect, couldn’t fault it at all. In a beautiful location surrounded by countryside. The cake, eggs, milk, wine and Corona were a very welcome surprise! On arrival we were introduced to the resident Shetland ponies, Maggie and Nellie, who were really friendly. Also some sheep who just wanted to be petted. Last but not least, one of the farm cats, a ginger and white. Gorgeous! Our hosts were so kind, thoughtful and friendly. Nothing was too much for them.

Nothing not to like.

Lovely place, relaxing atmosphere, good Internet if you travel with work (around 40Mbps). Good water pressure in the shower. Feeding horses with carrots Grocery shop mile away

It is super clean. The hosts are very friendly. I love the ponies Maggie and Nelly. All horses are handsome especially Dan Dan is funny. The sheep are friendly. The ginger cat is lovely and cute!

What a brilliant stay at New Hill Farm. The cottage is absolutely lovely, very comfortable and beautifully designed. Loved all the animals, especially the friendly sheep! Great location for exploring and walking in the South Downs. Looking forward to visiting again sometime in the future!
