Clean, modern and fresh with a host that even took us on a tour of the farm and introduce the kids to the animals.

Exceptional from beginning to end. The house is really clean, very equipped and the host gives the outmost to make the guests comfortable. Children loved seeing the animals. We also found board games in the house whilst using available logs for the fireplace. A cosy atmosphere throughout.

Great location, peaceful, pretty setting. Extremely well equipped & beautifully decorated. Extra touches are so thoughtful.

We just loved it all!

We loved the cottage which was so comfortable, clean and bright & very quiet. Sarah thought of everything one could need in the kitchen and cottage and was very willing & quick to respond to anything we needed to know. The appliances were so simple to use but there were comprehensive instructions. Wonderful notes on what to do locally & great books on walks. She left us some generous treats - lovely wine, cake, beer, eggs from their chickens,coffee, tea etc. It was lovely to sit outside to eat our meals. The location was perfect for trips round W Sussex and close enough to Billingshurst for shopping. We’d definitely come back!
