Property was clean and warm had everything we needed excellent location and our host was very helpful

Bathroom and toilet are grotty They need a complete makeover. No hot water in the taps.. There was no socket on one side of the bed so the bedside lamps on that side couldnt be plugged in. Instructions on how to use the heating controls should have been provided. Directions of how to get the house would hav ebeen helpful. The postcode did not get me to the exact location. No bins in the bathroom or bedrooms. We didn't use the kitchen but it is badly in need of an upgrade.

Location is great!

The place was filthy: toothpaste dribbled/spat on one wash basin, brown stains on another one, and my daughters bed sheet looked as tho it hadnt been changed - all rumpled & creased - ugh!!. We reported this to owner, then cleaners came back and half cleaned up. Still left dirt on carpets, greasy surfaces, bits of rubbish on window sill. We would have checked in elsewhere if we hadn't already paid in advance.

Great location close to pubs and city walls. Would be good for a larger group as includes the whole property

Could have done with a good clean and some new towels and linen. However probably can’t expect too much at this price!
