One of the bedrooms had mould and water dripping. The room smelt suffocating and we had to compromise the room and the couple had to sleep on the floor of the different room. It was extremely disappointing and didn't feel valued for money as well ended up staying in 3 bedrooms only.

Hot tub for a special 30th birthday 🎈 Lovely crisp bedding, logs to use on the fire. Midday check out, so relaxing than having to rush off the day of departure. Excellent communication with the owners. Nice walk into Bowness

Internal furnishings in the lounge could go with some tlc Front door could do with an extra bolt on

Cosy property, everything was great! The house was fully equipped and the jacuzzi outside was a massive plus. We had a warm welcome from the manager, who was very helpful at all times.

No washing machine and the location / address was not very precise.

Lovely property and owners! Had an issue with the hot tub, but they had someone come out to fix ASAP. A lovely location and size for large groups, the bathtubs are to die for!

Couldn’t get the TV in the hot tub to load/work, but we’re all so busy talking so wasn’t an issue.

Location great

Very upset to find Ground floor bedroom smelling of damp with a Fan heater only form of heating plus a De-humidifier addressing damp issue. Therefore, would class that room as out of use! Had to Check-in after 4.00 pm as cleaners running late. Crockery chipped, corkscrew broken needed replacing - jagged edge which could easily cut someone. Needed more wine glasses & cutlery.
