"Just what we wanted"

Cosy, clean, quiet, well-eq uipped cottage in centre of village. Great location for fell walkers. Handy for the pub and really good fish and chip shop. Good communication with owner.

The property was central but had parking, it was warm and cozy, dog friendly and had everything we needed

I do prefer an upstairs bathroom but it wasn’t really a problem

Our second stay in Middleton in Teesdale and this was the perfect escape for us. Lovely property, with a really well stocked kitchen. Great location and our dog was made to feel very welcome.

Nothing. The property was excellent value and there were no niggles or issues at all.

"Nice cottage beautiful area"

The cottage was nice and kitchen was well equipped but no scissors ✂️ but not an issue

Unfortunately for us being disabled the beds were very creaky and the pillows not the best , the furniture is very uncomfortable for someone with disabilities as we all struggled to get comfortable and slipped on the mat in the kitchen a lot 🫣 so moved it. No issue going upstairs or using the bathroom but we could not get in and out the bath as there no rails. If your able bodied none of this would be an issue and the kettle is awful I could have been scolded a few times due to leaking. Anne is lovely and really helpful and like I say this is due to being disabled. Thanks
