Wonderful location and views. Responsive and kind owner. Loved having breakfast in the piazza

Be aware that the car park closes overnight so a very early start may not be possible

"Amazing stay for my girlfriend's 30th"

The location was perfect. Right in the center without being noisy. The view from the balcony was incredible. Amazing clean room fitted with everything you needed, including umbrellas, which came in handy one day 😂.

If I'm being picky, a full length mirror would have benefitted the property but to be honest it doesn't need anything.

Sehr freundlicher, fürsorglicher Empfang. Auch das Parken in der Tiefgarage verlief unkompliziert und gut. Morgens hatten wir die Wahl in drei verschiedenen Cafés zu frühstücken...wie es in Italien üblich ist: Kaffee + süsses Teilchen. Rundum ein unvergesslich schönes Erlebnis hier in Matera und der urigen Ferienwohnung. Mille Grazie
