Location Location Location. At the center of matera but without the peoples noise and without the stairs of sassi. The parking place solves the problem of ZTL in the city and the included coffee in cafe at the central plaza was the cherry on the top.

Amazing view of Sassi from the balcony Great accommodation right at the edge of Sassi Good size place, nicely decor. Really liked all the little decorations. Free parking available less than 10 min walk from accommodation Luciano was great. Met us very late (almost 11pm) at the parking lot to walk us to the accommodation and explain everything in the apartment. Vouchers for a drink and baked good for breakfast at the nearby cafes. Good WiFi Washing machine available to use. Would definitely recommend and rebook.

Balcony door a bit hard to close sometimes. Limited storage space in the bathroom. But apartment was big so we just kept stuff outside. A full length mirror would be nice. The only mirror is in the bathroom.

Loved the croissants, cake, water, juice provided in the property and used the vouchers for a fab croissant at all cafes in the scheme. Location central to a square and restaurants.

The lighting was not very bright in the bathroom

Luciano is a wonderful host. He used a map to provide us with lots of information about things to do in Matera. The apartment is great and has amazing views from the balcony. Photo below shows the street off the piazza to the apartment.

Location. Easy walk from train station. Great view from small balcony. Well equipped apartment.

This property was perfect for us and the view from the balcony was spectacular. We parked for free in the recommend park and walk 10 mins to the house. We were met by Luciano who showed us all we needed to know and gave lots of great recommendations. The kitchen is well stocked. The bathroom was clean and the beds were comfy. We were right near the main piazza which is where we got our free breakfast. There were a few options to choose from. Thank you Luciano we really loved our stay at you home.

Location is fantastic, easy walk from Matera Centrale station, near to restaurants and supermarket, and overlooking sassi barisano. Super nice host. The apartment is much nicer than the photos. We enjoyed our breakfast at the cafes in the square.
