Everything was perfect for our stay. The home is beautiful, clean & light. Home has everything we needed for our stay including Ginger the Goat. We'd highly recommend this home to anyone

"Relaxing and wonderful stay!"

Very comfortable stay for us! A great space to live in for a week and was very clean. Nice TV with a very clean and open bathroom. The beds were comfortable too. The extra amenities (tea, bathroom supplies etc) were greatly appreciated! It was lovely to wake up with the sun coming in, lots of windows to make it feel more of an open space! The surroundings were very peaceful, itā€™s definitely a good location to Hobbiton, and to most other places it is usually about an hours drive away.

This was fantastic accommodation. A nice modern and well equipped house and very clean. Some really nice extra touches such as toiletries in the bathroom draw and games to play. Had wi-fi and sky tv. Shower was nice and powerful. Hosts were very helpful in getting in to the property.
