2mins to lakefront Family Retreat

We had a family birthday party at the de Brett’s thermal park. This accommodation was so close. We easily went for four swims. It was also an easy drive to local restaurants. The house was lovely, clean and comfortable

Location, comfy beds

Shower unusable due to water pressure problems. No clothes air dryer for inside or tumble dryer. No board games etc, no smoke alarms. Bathroom heater not working properly. Second bedroom dirty under bed.

Communication with hosts was amazing, the property is located well with a great view of the lake. Nicely decorated and has everything you need to enjoy the stay.

The shower pressure is not that great, and it takes quite a while to get the hot water through although the pressure doesn't help.

Felt like I was back in my 80s flat. Curtains falling down. Dying plants. White light. Terrible shower. Nowhere to enjoy a meal outside. Everything just enough.

There was plenty of hot water however the water pressure.was really poor. We were charged an extra per cleaning fee which I don’t mind paying however it should be charged at time of booking not a text message the next day.

mattress very soft, I would prefer bit firmer. shower needed long time adjustment, went from cold to hot back to cold.

Terrible shower pressure (could even wash hair), extra charges added after arrival for having pets, and house is petitioned off for other guests which wasn’t clear from description. Paper thin walls meant you could hear everything.

The beds were very comfortable and the linen was pristine, white and fresh.

The hot water in the shower was hard to locate and was not of a good water pressure. The adjoining door to the apartment next door meant we could hear every word of every conversation. The cleaner was abusive to me when I confronted him to ask why he was yelling at the other resident and why she was crying and being kicked out. It was scary and I felt nervous for my safety.
